how do i know which charity or cause i am supporting with my purchase?

what if my size is not listed on the product order page?
if your size is not listed, please get in touch via the contact page and we would be happy to organise this for you if our supplier has the stock available.

i live outside of australia - can i still purchase your product? 
at this point we are selling within australia only due to high shipping costs, this is a continual work in progress and once we can find an economical way to ship overseas we will definitely do so. 

can i exchange for a different size if my item doesn't fit?
yes you can exchange, please see sizing information page before purchasing though as you will need to cover the additional shipping charges to exchange the item. 

how long will my order take to arrive?
as we are small business please note orders make take up to three weeks to arrive - this also may be affected by your location. 

i'm a melbourne local - can i pick up my item and not pay for shipping?
yes! if you would like to arrange a pick up just use the code LOCAL in check out and it will remove your shipping cost. we will then get in touch when your order is ready and arrange a collection time. 

do you have a physical location?
no, at this point we are an online business only. however, we will be present at various markets so please keep an eye on our facebook and instagram for when these are happening.
